Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our professional billiards equipment.
How do I choose the right cue weight?
Most professional pool cues range from 18 to 21 ounces. Beginners often prefer a heavier cue (20-21oz) for stability, while advanced players often opt for lighter cues (18-19oz) for better cue ball control and finesse.
What is the shipping timeframe for custom orders?
Standard cues ship within 2-3 business days. For custom engravings or specific shaft tapers, please allow 7-10 business days for our craftsmen to prepare your order before dispatch.
Do you offer a warranty on your cues?
Yes, all Premium Cues are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, including warpage. This does not cover damage resulting from misuse or normal wear on tips and bumpers.
Can I return a cue if I don't like the feel?
We offer a 30-day 'Test Drive' policy. If you are not satisfied with the balance or hit of your cue, you can return it in original condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
What types of tips come standard on your cues?
Our cues typically come equipped with premium multi-layer leather tips (such as Kamui or Moori) in a medium hardness to provide a balance of grip, durability, and consistency.
How should I maintain my new cue?
Always store your cue vertically in a climate-controlled environment and use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe down the shaft after every session to prevent oil and chalk buildup.
